Single Subject Programme  

In this programme the core subjects of Mathematics, English, Social Studies, Physical Education  and Science are taught by individual expert teachers focused on the curriculum achievement objectives.  Focusing on individual subjects allows a more in-depth exploration of each topic so that students can delve deeper into specific concepts to gain a thorough understanding.

This depth of knowledge enhances expertise and critical thinking within a specific domain. Specialisation also ensures students develop a strong foundation in essential subject principles and skills before moving on to NCEA in senior school.  There is a focus on using digital platforms such as Stile and Education Perfect to make learning individualised and highly engaging.
