For the past 15 years the Howick RSA has been supporting local secondary school students in furthering their education with tertiary studies. We provide a tertiary study grant of $5,000 for students who are leaving their secondary school in the wider Howick region for full-time tertiary study. The payment is spread over two years ($2,500 per year).

The requirement for a grant is that the student must be in their final year at a Howick region secondary school, intending to study full-time at a tertiary education institute.
